About the Magnolia Valley Civic Association

The Magnolia Valley Civic Association (MVCA) is a community-based nonprofit organization serving the Magnolia Valley neighborhood in New Port Richey, Florida. Our association exists to support and represent residents by strengthening neighborhood communication, encouraging community involvement, and helping protect the quality and character of our community.

MVCA is led by a volunteer board and guided by a shared commitment to keeping Magnolia Valley a welcoming, well-cared-for place to live. We work to keep residents informed, provide a forum for neighborhood concerns, and promote positive relationships throughout the community.

Our Mission

The mission of the Magnolia Valley Civic Association is to:

  • Promote a strong and connected neighborhood community

  • Support resident communication and civic engagement

  • Help uphold community standards and neighborhood values

  • Provide a collective voice for Magnolia Valley residents

What MVCA Does
