As we welcome 2026, we want to say thank you to every neighbor who helped make last year meaningful whether you showed up to meetings, volunteered your time, shared ideas, supported events, or simply looked out for one another.
This new year is all about fresh beginnings, stronger connections, and continuing to grow Magnolia Valley into a community we’re proud to call home. We’re excited for what’s ahead and grateful to be serving such a caring neighborhood.

Magnolia Valley Christmas Golf Cart Parade!
🎄🚗 Magnolia Valley Christmas Golf Cart Parade 🚗🎄
This Saturday, December 20th at 7:00 PM, we’re kicking off our infamous—and highly anticipated—Magnolia Valley Christmas Golf Cart Parade!
We’ll have around 7 festively decorated golf carts in this year’s lineup, decked out with twinkling lights, garland, wreaths, and holiday music. 🎶✨
We invite everyone in the neighborhood to step out in front of your homes and cheer us on! Wave, take photos and videos, and enjoy the fun. Parade participants will be tossing candy canes for the kids along the way! 🍬
📍 Parade Details:
Staging will begin in the sandbag area
We’ll start at the front of the neighborhood, loop through the streets, and make our way toward the back
A detailed route will be posted soon
🎬 Grand Finale at the Playground Park!
The parade will end at the playground park, where Grace Robalino will be hosting a Christmas movie night on the big screen!
Come out and enjoy two festive community events in one night—we can’t wait to celebrate with you! 🎅
